Development of Regional Labor Markets in Ukraine as a Tool to Regulate Internal Migration and Reduce Social Vulnerability

Purpose: The article explores links between the attractiveness of regional labor markets and internal migration as a change in usual place residence Ukraine. Methodology: Based on theory “push-pull” study determinants intensification 24 regions Ukraine (2010–2020) was conducted with use integrated assessment balance econometric modeling. Findings: found that activity is urbanistic nature because development rural-urban area vectors dominates country. most attractive focus emigration immigration processes are defined based developed rankings regions’ by system market employment indicators. Research limitations: This studies specific country its regions, along local market. One should be careful when generalizing results to other markets.
